Final notification to investors in securities issued by Residential Mortgage
Securities 15 Plc ("the Company")

In accordance with condition 5(e) of the terms and conditions of the Notes
issued by Residential Mortgage Securities 15 Plc, the Company announces that it
will repay all outstanding principal for all asset classes on 9 March 2007 being
the Final Interest Payment Date. Therefore the amount of the principal payable
per note will be #3,015 for the Class A2a Notes, $30,143 for the Class A2b,
Euro3,015 for the Class A2c Notes and #4,896 for the Class M1, M2 and B notes
respectively. All interest payments are pursuant to the original notification
and no further interest will be payable on these securities from 9 March 2007.
