BONDHOLDERS ARE IN ANY DOUBT AS TO THE ACTION THEY SHOULD TAKE, THEY SHOULD SEEK 
THEIR OWN FINANCIAL AND LEGAL ADVICE, INCLUDING AS TO ANY TAX CONSEQUENCES, 
IMMEDIATELY FROM THEIR STOCKBROKER, SOLICITOR, ACCOUNTANT OR OTHER INDEPENDENT 
FINANCIAL OR LEGAL ADVISER.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the 
meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds set out in 
the Trust Deed (the "Trust Deed") dated 25 November 2003 and entered into 
between the Issuer and LaSalle Global Trust Services Limited (formerly ABN AMRO 
Trustees Limited) as trustee (the "Trustee"). 
REFERENCE is made to the notice relating to the Bonds issued by the Issuer on 4 
February 2009 (the "Previous Notice"). 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an information conference call with the Bondholders 
convened by the Issuer and attended by the Trustee will be held on 
Wednesday 18 February 2009 at 3 p.m. (London time) for the purposes of 
canvassing Bondholders' views on the RBS Proposals mentioned in the Previous 
Notice. 
The Issuer and the Trustee may not be in a position to respond immediately to 
all questions and comments raised by the Bondholders on the conference call. In 
that case, a response will be published in a further notice to Bondholders as 
soon as practicable following the call. 
The conference call will be held on an informal basis, no resolutions will be 
proposed and no votes will be held. The conference call may be recorded for the 
purposes only of preparing a transcript of the call. Any such transcript 
prepared will be made available to Bondholders on request following the call. 
Bondholders should note that the call will last no more than one hour. 
Bondholders wishing to participate in the conference call are required to, in 
each case by no later than 5 p.m. (London time) on Monday 16 February 2009: 
(1)    send their contact details to the Trustee at mbs.notices@lasallegts.com 
(cc: saira.afridi@lasallegts.com); and 
(2)    (if they have not already done so) verify their holdings of the Bonds to 
the Trustee in accordance with the following procedures: 
(i)    send an e-mail to the Trustee at mbs.notices@lasallegts.com (cc: 
saira.afridi@lasallegts.com) referencing "Premiertel plc" and the ISIN or CUSIP 
of the Bonds in the subject line and disclosing the identity of the Bondholder, 
the nominal amount of each ISIN or CUSIP held by the Bondholder and the details 
of the person(s) who shall represent the Bondholder; and 
(ii)Holders of Bonds  at a European depository should contact their custodian 
and direct it to have Euroclear/Clearstream send a SWIFT to Bank of America N.A. 
as Paying Agent (attention: mbs.notices@lasallegts.com (cc: 
saira.afridi@lasallegts.com)) disclosing: 
1. ISIN 
2. Account no. 
3. Participant name 
4. Nominal amount 
5. Beneficial Holder Details (including email address). 
Such Bondholders who have provided their contact details and verified their 
bondholding to the satisfaction of the Trustee will be contacted by or on behalf 
of the Trustee by telephone / email shortly before the conference call so that 
they can participate in the call.
