Bazalgette Finance plc advises that Shareholders' voting rights now align with shareholding as of 15 December 2016. This follows the Shareholders exercising the option available to them in the Shareholders' Agreement and clearance being received from the European Commission. The exercise of this option was contemplated in the Bazalgette Finance plc Prospectus (dated 31 May 2016).
