NOTICE OF A BONDHOLDER PRESENTATION TO BE HELD ON 14th JULY 2011

Notice is hereby given that that the Company will give a presentation on the current progress and status of the project to its bondholders on Thursday 14(th) July 2011 at 12.30 pm lasting approximately one to two hours. There is no formal business transacted at the presentation, and no voting is required. A tour of the hospital can be arranged after the meeting for any interested parties.

Bondholders who wish to attend should go to the reception desk of the hospital at the main entrance in Stadium Road and ask for Ms. Mim Roux in the Meridian Hospital Company PLC offices on site (Phone 020 8836 5799) who will collect them and accompany them to the meeting room.

It would be appreciated if those intending to attend the presentation could notify Ms. Roux in advance of the day.

Travelling directions to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich SE18 4QH

By Rail

If travelling by rail you can take a train from Charing X, Cannon Street or London Bridge to Woolwich Arsenal Station. There is a taxi rank outside the station and any driver will know the way to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Alternatively you can travel via the Jubilee Line on the Underground to North Greenwich Station, where there are taxi's available, however you could catch the 486 or 161 outside the station, which drops you right outside the hospital

Ask the taxi driver to drive onto the site and around the perimeter road (service road)

to the top follow the road turning left, continue a short distance you will see gates straight ahead with the Mental Health Unit on your right, Brook House is a 3 storey block on the left once you start to turn back towards the main hospital. If at any stage you are unsure call 0208 836 5799 someone from Meridian Hospital Company will come out and meet you.

By Road

From the North

Crossing the river from north to south through Blackwall Tunnel. After leaving the tunnel you will need to take the 2(nd) exit off the A102M onto the A207 Shooters Hill Road.

1. Travel along Shooters Hill Road pass one set of pedestrian lights and take the left hand turn at the next set of traffic lights, into Baker Road, (here there is a signpost to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital). The hospital is situated on your left as you travel down Baker Road/Stadium Road and you enter the site at the last gate on the left. Pass car park 1, travel on the perimeter road to the A&E car park (No. 3), where hopefully you should be able to park. You will then need to continue to walk around the perimeter road to the top follow the road turning left, continue to walk a short distance you will see gates straight ahead with the Mental Health Unit on your right, Brook House is a 3 storey block on the left once you start to turn back towards the main hospital. If at any stage you are unsure call 0208 836 5799 and Gill Jinks will come out and meet you.

From M25

Come off at junction 2 and come down the A2 into London. After the first set of Traffic lights take the left hand sliproad for A2 London. Turn right at the roundabout up Shooters Hill. Then follow from 1. above.

From Central London

Follow signs for A2 Folkestone. At the Sun In Sands roundabout carry straight across up Shooters Hill then follow from 1. Above.
