Removal of Hotel Services

Meridian Hospital Company PLC today announces that it has agreed with Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust to cease to provide long-term Hotel Services to the Trust from 1(st) February 2020 to the end of the Concession period. The agreement does not have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company or the security granted in favour of the Security Trustee.
