Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has today sold GBP25,000,000 in principal amount of its 2049 Bonds.

In accordance with the bond trust deed dated 12 May 2014, which constituted and secured the Bonds, the Bonds that have been sold were 2049 Retained Bonds as detailed in the prospectus dated 8 May 2014.
