    DAA Finance plc announces that it has agreed terms upon which it intends to issue EUR600 million 6.5872 per cent. notes due 2018, such
notes to be guaranteed by Dublin Airport Authority plc. 

    The notes will be issued on 9 July 2008 and, on issue, are expected to be assigned an A rating by Standard & Poor's Rating Services, a
division of The McGraw-Hill Companies Inc..
