NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Existing Class B Noteholders and the Existing Class C Noteholders that, at separate adjourned meetings of each of the Existing Class B Noteholders and the Existing Class C Noteholders, the First Extraordinary Resolution (as defined in the Notice of Adjourned Meetings dated 23 June 2011) set out in such Notice of Adjourned Meetings was duly passed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the 2007-1 Series 3 Class A Noteholders, the 2006-1 Series 4 Class B Noteholders and the 2006-1 Series 4 Class C Noteholders that, at separate adjourned meetings of each of the 2007-1 Series 3 Class A Noteholders, the 2006-1 Series 4 Class B Noteholders and the 2006-1 Series 4 Class C Noteholders, the Third Extraordinary Resolution (as defined in the Notice of Adjourned Meetings dated 23 June 2011) set out in such Notice of Adjourned Meetings was duly passed.

Results of Adjourned Meeting of Permanent (No. 6) PLC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all Noteholders that, at an adjourned meeting of the holders of the Series 5 Class B Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 2042 (ISIN XS0205327777) issued by Permanent (No. 6) PLC, an extraordinary resolution which is substantially similar to the First Extraordinary Resolution, was duly passed.

Implementation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all Noteholders that all the modifications referred to in the First Extraordinary Resolution, the Second Extraordinary Resolution and the Third Extraordinary Resolution (each as defined in the Notice of Meetings dated 31 May 2011) will now be implemented with effect on and from 15 July, 2011.
