1. THAT the Report of the Directors and the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2019 be approved.

2. THAT RSM UK LLP be re-appointed as the Company's auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until further notice.

   3.            THAT the Directors be authorised to agree the remuneration of the Company's auditors. 

4. THAT Greg Robinson, Ian Cornelius and Janet Ormondroyd be re-elected as Directors of the Company.
