The Company was notified yesterday that on 8 August 2006 CF Walker Crips UK
Growth Fund purchased 1,025,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, equivalent to 1.48
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Walker Crips UK Growth Fund now holds 2,388,250 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to
3.44 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
