('Asia Ceramics' or 'the Company')

Operational Update

The Company is pleased to announce that its export division has entered into a supply agreement with an Indonesian based company for the supply of a minimum of 500,000 metres of ceramic tiles. The duration of the agreement is for one year with the option to extend if agreed by both parties. Orders received under this agreement to date total approximately $1.3m and if 500,000 metres are supplied the total order value is expected to be worth up to $5m.
