    Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited
    ("Absolute Capital" or the "Company")


    Updated Release Date for the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December
    2007, and Temporary Suspension of Trading

    The Board announces that the audited Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 ('the Accounts') will be delayed for
approximately 20 business days. Since September 2007, the company has undergone an extensive restructuring process and has also changed
Company auditors. The combination of these factors has extended the time needed for the audit process to be completed.  

    As the AIM rules require the Company to publish the Accounts by 30 June 2008, this delay means that trading in the shares of the Company
will be temporarily suspended until the Accounts are published.

    The Directors anticipate that the Accounts should be available for dispatch to the shareholders by no later than 28 July 2008 upon which
they expect the restoration of trading in the shares to take place.

    In the Report and Accounts, the Company will provide shareholders with an update on the impact the restructuring process has had to date
and setting out the actions it has taken to establish a permanent base for developing the business going forward.
