Notice of Adjourned Separate General Meetings of the 2006 and 2009 Shareholders



The Separate General Meetings, previously held on 18 September 2006 and which
were not quorate and thus adjourned, will now take place on 6 October 2006 at
the same time (9.30am and 9.35am) and place, not 26 September 2006 as previously
advised..  At the adjourned meetings, any Member or Members present will form a
quorum.



The resolutions passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting remain subject to
the passing of the resolutions to be proposed at these adjourned meetings.



Provided the resolutions to be put to the adjourned meetings are passed, the
adjournments should not affect the expected timetable as set out in the
circular.



Terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as defined in the
circular to Shareholders dated 21 August, 2006.
