Result of Adjourned Separate General Meetings of the 2006 and 2009 Shareholders

At the Adjourned Separate General Meetings of the Company held today, all the
remaining resolutions necessary to give effect to the Proposals were duly
passed.

The resolutions passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 September
2006, and which were subject to the passing of the resolutions to be proposed at
these adjourned meetings, are thus now effective.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as defined in the
circular to Shareholders dated 21 August 2006.
