         Asia Distribution Solutions Limited ("ADSL" or "the Company")

                          FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS ON AIM

Asia Distribution Solutions Limited and its subsidiaries ("ADSL Group" or "the
Group") provide distribution and manufacturing services for foreign and People's
Republic of China ("PRC") companies to import and sell their branded beverage
and food products in the PRC. The Group also provides procurement and logistic
solutions to supermarkets, hotels and clubhouses, selected high-street
restaurants and bars, cafes and bakeries, together with beverage wholesalers and
retailers, generally referred to in the trade industry as on-premise, or HORECA,
(being hotel, restaurant, and cafe) accounts.

ADSL has been established by a group of Chinese and European executives, with
broad experience in the distribution, sales and marketing of food and beverages
as well as in managing multinational companies. The Board intend to leverage
their skills and experience to expand ADSL Group into one of the leading players
in the food and beverage industry in the PRC in the long run through organic
growth complemented by selective acquisitions.

Evolution Securities Limited is Nominated Adviser and Evolution Securities China
Limited is Financial Advisor and Broker to the Company. The market EPIC is ADSL.

Commenting on the commencement of trading, Steve Wong, Chief Executive
