    Board change


    The board of the Company (the "Board") announces that Mr John Terrence Hung, a non-executive director of the Company, has today tendered
his resignation from the Board with immediate effect and the Board has accepted Mr Hung's resignation. This follows allegations made in Hong
Kong which resulted in Mr Hung's arrest and bail on matters entirely unrelated to ADSL. Mr Hung has advised the Board he intends to defend
himself vigorously against these allegations.
