Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited announces that it posted both the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2020, and the Notice convening the Company's AGM to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 24 September 2020 at 10:00 BST.
