plc that on 7 June 2005 Aberdeen Growth VCT 1 PLC sold 975,809 Ordinary Shares
in the Company, representing 3.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company and that Aberdeen Growth VCT 1 PLC no longer has an interest in the
Company.
