Further to the announcement made on 26 October 2012 regarding the publication of the Company's winding-up circular, the Company announces that, at a general meeting of Shareholders held today, a special resolution proposing that the Company be wound up voluntarily was duly passed.

A copy of the resolution passed at the General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
