                        Hampden Underwriting AIM placing
                              available on All IPO
    - limited liability investment in the Lloyd's insurance market, with tax

All IPO (LSE:ALP) is enabling investors to apply online for the Hampden
Underwriting plc via its website.


The prospectus is now available at www.allipo.com and investors can place orders
for subscription and pay online on All IPO at any time up until, and including
the 30th August 2007. The minimum subscription is #1000. Investments in the IPO
offer several tax benefits*: IHT and business property relief and business asset
taper relief. The shares can be held within a SIPP.

Hampden Underwriting plc ("Hampden Underwriting") has been incorporated
primarily to provide a limited liability direct investment into the Lloyd's
insurance market. Its Directors believe that Hampden Underwriting will offer the
only opportunity currently available for investment in a quoted company whose
principal purpose is to participate in a spread portfolio of Lloyd's syndicates
rather than manage syndicates itself.

Hampden Underwriting's subsidiary underwriting vehicle, Hampden Corporate Member
Limited ("HCM"), will trade within the Lloyd's insurance market as a corporate
member of Lloyd's and will be advised by Hampden Agencies Limited ("HAL"). HAL
is the largest provider of third party capital to the Lloyd's market, with over
#2.0 billion of advised capacity for the 2007 year of account, which the
Directors believe gives it an influential voice in the Lloyd's market as a
whole.
