In amendment to the Notifiable Interest announcement released on 29 March 2006
at 07:00 am under RNS no. 5591A, Creon Corporation PLC announces that it 
received notice on 3 April 2006 from Newton Nominees Ltd advising that on 23 
March 2006 it acquired 871,110 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a 
price of 50p per share. Newton Nominees Ltd now holds a total of 2,371,110 
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 23.63% of the issued 
ordinary share capital of the Company.
