Equity Special Situations Limited advising that following an acquisition of
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, on 6 June 2007, Equity Special
Situations Limited now hold a direct interest in 3,010,000 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company. This represents approximately 29.99% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
