Creon Corporation PLC announces that it received notice on 2 October 2007 from
Deutsche Bank AG advising that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company, on 1 October 2007, Deutsche Bank AG now hold a direct
interest in 1,430,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. This
represents approximately 14.25% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
