The Company announces that it received notification on 6 March 2008 from Credit
Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd advising that, following an acquisition of
Ordinary Shares in the Company on 4 March 2008, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd now hold a direct interest in 1,106,786 Ordinary Shares in the
capital of the Company. This represents approximately 11.03% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
