                      ("Creon", "Company" or the "Group")                      

                       RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        

The Directors of Creon Corporation (AIM: CRO) are pleased to announce that all
resolutions were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held
today at 11 Grosvenor Crescent, London SW1X 7EE.

Accordingly, the Company has today applied for the admission to trading on AIM
of 2,005,381 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Consideration
Shares") being the initial consideration for the acquisition of Pinnacle Plus
Limited ("Pinnacle"). The Consideration Shares are expected to start trading at
8.00 a.m. on 1 August 2008.

Jonathan Freeman, Director of Creon, commented:

"Although the current market place for the provision of mezzanine finance to
property developers remains challenging, we are pleased to have completed the
acquisition of Pinnacle which adds an exciting business to the Group".
