                   NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES 
 
The Directors of Creon Corporation (AIM: CRO) have been notified on 15 January 
2009 that Westminster Asset Management Ltd ("Westminster") have acquired 
1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company. 
 
Westminster's holding in the Company represents approximately 5.35% of the 
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
