At the Company's AGM held today, the ordinary and special resolutions proposed
were all duly passed. The proxy votes for the resolutions will shortly be
dispayed on the Company's website www.amstrad.com


Copies of the ordinary and special resolutions passed at the AGM have been
submited to Companies House and to the Financial Services Document Viewing
Facility.
