Nettec plc announces that it has been notified today pursuant to the Companies
Act 1985 (as amended) and the rules on dealings by directors that Acquisitor
Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, a company in which Duncan Soukup is a director and
has a 20.5% interest, today acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
in Nettec plc at 8 pence per share. Duncan Soukup is a Non-executive Director of
Nettec plc.

Acquisitor Holdings (Bermuda) Limited now holds 30,377,529 Ordinary shares in
the Company representing 25.1% of the issued share capital.
