PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
On 16 February 2024, abrdn Private
Equity Opportunities Trust plc ("APEO") bought back 15,531 Ordinary
Shares at an average price of 520.77 pence per share to be held in
Treasury.
Following the transaction, APEO's
issued ordinary share capital comprises:

(excluding treasury shares)

358,983 Ordinary shares held in
Treasury

153,746,294 Issued Ordinary shares
(including treasury shares)
The total number of voting rights in
APEO is 153,387,311. This figure may be used by shareholders
