APOLLO VCT 1 PLC

VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In  conformity   with  the   Transparency  Directive's   transitional
provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Apollo VCT  1  plc's capital  today  consists of  2,005,793  ordinary
shares with a nominal value of  10p each, with voting rights.  Apollo
VCT 1 plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting  rights in Apollo VCT 1 plc  is
2,005,793.

The  figure  of  2,005,793  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as   the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required  to notify  their  interest in,  or  a change  to  their
interest in,  Apollo  VCT  1  plc  under  the  FSA's  Disclosure  and
Transparency Rules.
