Change of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of APR Energy plc (LSE:APR), a global leader in temporary power solutions, announces that Rick Greene, CFO, has decided to step down from his role today and to leave the Company on 30 September, 2012 in order to pursue other interests. The Board also announces that Andrew Martinez, currently APR's Vice President of Finance, is appointed CFO of the Company with immediate effect.

Michael Fairey, Chairman of APR, said: "We appreciate all that Rick has done in his time with the company and we wish him very well in his future career. We also very much welcome Andrew to his new role. His experience and skills are a perfect fit for our organisation and the work he has done with us has been outstanding. Andrew has been instrumental in successfully implementing a number of key financial reforms within the group over the past six months. We have no doubt that, in Andrew, we have the right successor to Rick."

Andrew, age 42, joined APR in October 2011. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and brings over 20 years of international public accounting and public company experience to the role, including various global financial leadership positions with Cendant Corporation and its subsidiaries, as well as with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.

The Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing rules in respect of Andrew Martinez.
