Admission of New Ordinary Shares

29 October 2013

The Company is pleased to confirm the completion of its acquisition of GE's power rental business (announced on 23 October 2013) and that the 15,453,129 New Ordinary Shares (issued to GE pursuant to the terms of the Acquisition) will be admitted, at 8 a.m. today, to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's prospectus dated 23 October 2013.
