APR Energy plc (the "Company")

Change of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of APR Energy plc (LSE:APR), a global leader in fast-track power solutions, today announces that Andrew Martinez, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Company that he has decided to step down from his role and to leave the Company with effect from 1 September 2014 in order to pursue other interests. The Board has commenced a process to find an experienced successor.

Andrew will remain engaged with the business through the delivery of the first half results, which remain scheduled for publication on 27 August. The Board also announces that Lee Munro, currently APR Energy's Senior Vice President of Strategy and Systems, will take on the role of interim CFO of the Company until a permanent successor is appointed.

Michael Fairey, Chairman of APR Energy, said: "We appreciate all of Andrew's hard work with the Company and we wish him the best in his future career. Also, we welcome Lee to his new role and thank him, in advance, for helping to fill this important position. Lee brings with him a strong financial background and a deep understanding of our organisation and what is required to drive our continued success. Prior to his time at APR Energy, Lee spent 11 years with General Electric in progressively senior financial leadership roles. During his time at GE, Lee held roles in which he was responsible for audit, financial planning and strategy for a $1bn business and was CEO of GE's Eastern European Operations group."

John Campion, CEO of APR Energy, added: "I appreciate all of Andrew's efforts and the commitment that he gave to the role. With regard to Lee, his substantial experience in building and running a business for GE will help the Company to continue to build its Finance function. Lee's successful track record of growing the business with the Management Team over the last six years and his strong financial and business experience ensure he is fully qualified for the role. APR Energy has embarked on a global search in order to identify the most suitable permanent candidate and will update the market on this process in due course. The business continues to perform well and remains in line with our recent outlook statement."

Lee, age 43, joined APR Energy in December, 2008. He worked for General Electric for 11 years before APR and was GE's Chief Executive Officer for its European Operations Services. Lee holds a degree in Finance and a MBA from the University of North Texas.

The Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing rules in respect of Lee Munro.
