                                Director Change

Aquabella, an aquaculture company in the New Forest involved in the indoor
production of high quality, farmed Barramundi fish from a sustainable and
controlled environment, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Robert
Smith as Managing Director of the Company, initially on a six month contract,
but with a view to the position becoming permanent.  It is anticipated that Mr
Smith will be formally appointed to the board of Aquabella on 30 November 2007.

Robert has significant experience at a senior level in the food sector,
particularly in building successful commercial relationships with major
retailers and wholesalers. The Board believes he has the skills, energy and
ambition to drive the group through the next crucial stage of development to
full production and sale of New Forest Barrmundi.

Campbell Mitchell who has steered the group through the past 18 months as
interim Managing Director will become a Non-Executive Director. The board would
like to thank Campbell Mitchell for his stewardship of the Company over this
period.
