    Aquabella Group Plc ("Aquabella" or the "Company")

    John Ariel and Matthew Wild of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of Aquabella and its
subsidiary, International Aqua Farms Limited ("IAF"),
    on 13 May 2008.  

    A buyer was sought for the Company's business as a going concern, but unfortunately a purchaser could not be found and consequently the
farm has been decommissioned.

    The Joint Administrators are in the process of preparing proposals for achieving the purpose of the Administrations as soon as
practicable. These proposals will be sent to creditors of the Company and IAF in any event within eight weeks of their appointment (subject
to extension by the court or creditors) and, where prescribed by the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), may be laid before meetings of
creditors.  

    The London Stock Exchange will cancel admission of the Company's securities to AIM with effect from 7a.m. on 20 August 2008, pursuant to
AIM Rule 41.
