Resignation of Director
The Board of Directors of ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH"
or the "Company") (AIM: ARCH)announces that Mr Martin Michael Adams
has resigned as an independent non-executive Director of ARCH,
together with all of its committees, with effect from 21 December
2010. The Company is currently evaluating various candidates to
replace Mr Adams as a third independent non-executive Director.
The Board would like to thank Mr Adams for his contribution to
the Company during his term of service for over the past four
years.
