ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH" or the "Company") (AIM:
ARCH) announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary
shares ("Ordinary Shares").
On 23 December 2010, ACP Trading Limited, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of ARC Capital Partners Limited (the "Investment
Manager"), the Company's investment manager, purchased a total of
2,027,046 of the Company's Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each, at an
average price of US$1.2775 per Ordinary Share. The shares were
purchased to settle the Management Performance Fees, which have
been outstanding since 30 June 2008, in accordance with the
Investment Management Agreement.
As a result of this transaction, the Investment Manager is
interested in 3,504,080 of the Company's Ordinary Shares which
represents 0.82% of the Company's total voting rights.
Mr. Chris Gradel, a director of the Company, will have a direct
interest in 2,162,176 Ordinary Shares and an indirect interest in
3,504,080 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5% and 0.82% of the
Company's total voting rights, respectively.
