ARC Capital Holdings Limited (AIM:ARCH) ("the Company") notes the announcement from certain investors opposing the resolutions to be proposed at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 14 December 2011 and calling for a separate extraordinary general meeting to propose their own resolutions. The Board also confirms that it has received a letter from the investors seeking to requisition an extraordinary general meeting of the Company.

The Board is considering the content of the investors' correspondence before providing a response that is in the best interests of all shareholders.
