Appointment of Consultant to the Board

ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH" or the "Company") (AIM: ARCH), is pleased to announce today the appointment of Borrelli Walsh Limited ("Borrelli Walsh") as Consultant to the Board with immediate effect.

Borrelli Walsh is a specialist restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting and corporate advisory firm with a strong track record of managing distressed, complex or illiquid investments on a single-asset and portfolio basis, including in respect of the exit from and divestment of investments in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific region.

The Company adopted a realisation strategy on 31 January 2012 and has generated US$127.7 million in proceeds from the sale of assets since that time. The Board believes Borrelli Walsh will bring significant experience and value to the Company in the realisation of the balance of the Company's portfolio and maximising returns to the shareholders.
