The Company hereby reports that there is no sole authorized Signatory in the
Company. However, in the subsidiaries Verge Living Corporation ("Verge") and in
Sitnica d.o.o. ("Sitnica") there are sole authorized signatories as follows:



In Verge there are two sole authorized signatories Joseph Atia, CEO of the
Company and one of the holders of control therein, and Mr. Darren C. Dunchel,
who is Business Manager of Verge and a director of Emvelco Corp., which is a
controlling shareholder of the company.



In Sitnica there is one sole authorized signatory - Shalom Atia, an Assistant
General Manager in the company and one of its holders of control.
