Atlantic Global Plc (AIM: ATL), the specialist provider of integrated business 
and resource management software applications, announces that Adrian Bradshaw, a 
director of Atlantic Global plc, disclosed to the Company today that, on 5th 
January 2004, his interest in 419,980 ordinary shares of 25p, representing 
approximately 1.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital was charged 
as security in favour of facilities afforded by Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander 
Limited. 
 
 
No other director of the Company has granted security over or entered into any 
financial instructions relating to any of their holdings of Ordinary Shares in
