In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company 
advises that, as at 1 April 2009, its capital consisted of 22,723,350 ordinary 
5p shares and not 22,748,350 as previously notified. 
 
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is 
22,723,350 which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Atlantic Global plc under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
