Rail Training Audit Services Limited ("RTAS")


As mentioned in the Chairman's statements in both the 2004 Report and Accounts
and in the 2005 interim statement, the Network Rail contract for RTAS to supply
certification and audit services to the safety critical Rail Training market
terminated on 30th December 2005.  RTAS have not been successful in their tender
for the new, reduced, contract to supply these services to the Railway Industry
and accordingly will cease trading following a transfer of all employees to the
new contract holder early in 2006.


Whereas this event will remove a previously profitable trading activity from the
Group range there are not expected to be any material closure costs or effects
on other Group trading subsidiaries.
