                              Holding in Company                               

Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received
notification on 8 September 2006 that Griffin Two Limited had disposed of
16,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Subsequent to this disposal Griffin
Two Limited is interested in 30,850,000 ordinary shares representing 14.76 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 208,999,999 ordinary shares.
