Axeon Holdings plc ("Axeon"), Europe's largest independent lithium-ion battery 
system supplier, announces that, further to the announcement issued on 2 
February 2009 and whilst it continues discussions with its principal lender in 
relation to the financial covenants on its debt, it will release its Preliminary 
Results by the end of April 2009. 
 
 
The board confirms that it continues to enjoy the support of this lender and 
looks forward to announcing to the market the outcome of these discussions in 
conjunction with its Preliminary Results.
