Exercise of options

The Company has issued and allotted 1,250,000 ordinary shares, following the
exercise of options at A$0.23 per share. Following the issue of these options
the share capital of the company is now 1,333,546,221.

Application will be made for the ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM, which is expected to commence on 21 December 2006.
