Notice of Annual General Meeting & Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
The Directors of BioEnergy Africa hereby give notice that the Annual General 
Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held at Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes 
Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4LX at 8.30a.m. on 4 November 2009. An 
Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Company will be held at the same 
address on 4 November 2009 immediately after the AGM for the purpose of seeking 
shareholder approval for the change of name and strategic direction of the 
Company as announced on 6 October 2009. 
 
 
The Circular containing the Notice of AGM and EGM is being posted to 
shareholders today and will be made available on the Company's website, 
www.bioenergyafrica-ltd.com, shortly.
