BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited: Transaction in own shares - Replacement of RNS 9162E issued 16 April 2014

The resulting GBP and USD shares have been amended to reflect the inclusion of the conversion settlement also for value 16 April 2014.

BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 15 April 2014 it purchased 620,000 of its USD shares at no par value at the following price per share:

The USD shares purchased will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 8,764,000 GBP shares and 7,858,439 USD shares in Treasury. With this regard and following the settlement of the conversions for 16 April 2014 as announced on 11 April 2014, the total number of GBP shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 95,491,996 and the total number of USD shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 69,613,853

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 165,105,849 ordinary shares with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
