Matterhorn  Investment  Management  LLP  ("MIM")  holds  a  total  of
11,981,441 common shares  in the  Company which  represents 6.16  per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.  Brazilian  Diamonds
understands that MIM  holds these  shares on  behalf of  a number  of
managed funds.
