Annual General Meeting & Notice of Results



At the Annual General Meeting held today, resolutions concerning the re-election
of directors and the authorities to the directors to allot shares and disapply
pre-emption rights were passed.  The meeting was then adjourned and will be
reconvened at a suitable date after the report and accounts for the year ended
31 March 2006 has been issued.

At the reconvened AGM, which is likely to be held in September 2006, the rest of
the normal business (adoption of the reports and accounts and re-election of
auditors) will be dealt with.



The preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2006 will be issued on 25
July 2006.
